For years, I lived a life that looked “fine” on the outside—but inside, I felt exhausted, disconnected, and deeply unfulfilled. I was caught in a cycle of over-giving, overworking, and overcompromising, trying to be everything I thought I was supposed to be, while slowly losing sight of who I actually was.

It wasn’t until I hit my own rock bottom—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—that I realized I had been choosing attachment over authenticity my entire life. I had shaped myself to fit what others needed, ignored my own needs, and built a life that drained me instead of nourishing me.

I knew something had to change. I had to pivot.

And that’s how Authentically Healed was born.

I made it my mission to create the safe, nurturing space I wish I had when I felt lost—a space where women can break free from exhaustion, expectation, and misalignment and finally come home to themselves. Through a blend of deep healing, intuitive embodiment, and self-discovery, I guide women in releasing the past, stepping into their power, and creating a life that feels like freedom.
